Welcome to BakeryOS! This guide will help you set up your bakery management system in just a few minutes. BakeryOS is designed to be simple yet powerful, helping you manage orders, inventory, customers, and analytics all in one place.

Registration

Creating your BakeryOS account is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:

Visit Registration Page

Click on "Get Started Free" button or navigate to the registration page.

Enter Bakery Details

Provide your bakery name, address, contact information, and owner details.

Choose Your Plan

Select a plan that fits your needs. Start with the free trial to explore all features.

Verify & Login

Verify your email address and log in to your dashboard to start managing your bakery.

Note

Your unique bakery URL (subdomain) will be created automatically based on your bakery name. You can customize it later from settings.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard is your command center for managing your bakery. Here's what you'll find:

  • Today's Revenue: Total sales amount for the day
  • Pending Orders: Orders waiting to be fulfilled
  • Low Stock Items: Inventory items that need restocking

Order Management

Efficiently manage all your bakery orders from one centralized dashboard.

Order Statuses

  • New: Just received, awaiting confirmation
  • Confirmed: Order accepted and being prepared
  • Preparing: Currently being made
  • Ready: Ready for pickup/delivery
  • Delivered: Successfully completed
  • Cancelled: Order was cancelled

Managing Orders

Click on any order to view details, update status, or contact the customer. You can also print order receipts and delivery labels directly from the order details page.

Inventory Management

Track your ingredients and supplies to ensure you never run out of stock.

Set up low stock alerts to receive notifications when items fall below threshold. This helps prevent running out of key ingredients during busy periods.

WhatsApp Integration

Receive orders directly via WhatsApp and communicate with customers seamlessly.

Setup Steps

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. Click Connect WhatsApp
  3. Enter your WhatsApp Business number
  4. Verify with OTP
  5. Customize automated messages
Available Plans

WhatsApp integration is available in GROWTH and PRO plans. Upgrade your plan to enable this feature.
